Haute Future Fashion Academy, and the Italian National Chamber of Fashion are pleased to announce "LET YOUR TALENT SHINE - Cambodia" an extraordinary opportunity for top talents to participate in the selection procedure for 6 scholarships to attend a Master course starting in Milano on 1st October, 2014.The challenge will award 6 scholarships for the following HFFA courses:

• MASTER IN ART DIRECTION FOR FASHION DESIGN & HAUTE COUTURE
• MASTER IN FASHION EDITING & STYLING

Scholarships cover different amounts of the tuition fees for the chosen course:
• n.2 full scholarships covering total course fee. The winners of full scholarships
will pay only the registration fee.
• n.4 partial scholarships covering the 50% of the course fee.

Vanessa Friedman, fashion editor of the Financial Times today, has been named fashion director and chief fashion critic of The New York Times.
According to WWD, Friedman should begin her new role next month for The New York Times and New York Times International (formerly Int Herald Tribune).
She replaces Suzy Menkes who now works at Condé Nast International.

From February 25th to March 5th: these are the days of Paris Fashion Week , which will see the alternation of the famous fashion designer creations in the shadow of the Eiffel tower. From February 25th to March 4th, here's the catwalks schedule.

From September 19th to the 24th, the Fashion Week will take place in Milan, where alongside the legendary names of Made in Italy fashion like Gucci, Prada, Roberto Cavalli, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Giorgio Armani, will take the runways the collections by up and coming talents.

Organizer of the Artistic Perfumery international event Esxence and Co-Founder of Nose , store of beauty in the heart of the 2ème arrondissement of Paris, Rue Bachaumont .

There has been talk about exhelence perfumes, passion for them, and niches marked, during an exciting lesson about Artistic Perfumery held for students of the Master in Design and Art Direction for Fashion Haute Couture and Master in Marketing & Branding for Luxury .

The historical fashion house Mila Schön has announced the appointment of their new creative director Alessandro De Benedetti who made his debut with the Spring/Summer collection 2014 which was presented at the last edition of the Milan Women's Fashion Week.

« We are thrilled that Alessandro De Benedetti has joined us. We made such choice in tunewith what is the brand's DNA because, we believe, Alessandro is a designer who can understand and reinterpret the heritageand spirit of Mila Schön », said Eugenia De Bendetto, CEO at the Fashion House.

Frida Giannini, Gucci's creative director, has been awarded the International Designer of the Year prize at the Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year 2013.

The designer collected the prestigious award personally at the ceremony in London on 5 November. Other winners include Naomi Harris (British Actress of the Year) and Ydris Elba (Man of the Year), who wore clothes from the Gucci collections for the event.

Attended the event , organized by the National Chamber of Italian Fashion with the Foundation Serbelloni , Cav . Lav . Mario Boselli, Roberta Filippini, Alessandra Ravetta and Caesar Cunaccia , authors of some of the sections of this interesting book, which reconstructs the public and intimate portrait of one of the most important figures of Italian fashion, Beppe Modenese , now Honorary President of the CNMI.

Armani has resisted becoming a member of Italy's National Chamber of Fashion until now.
He follows in the footsteps of other successful Italian designers, such as Prada's Patrizio Bertelli and Tod's Chief Diego Della Valle.
He has aways shown great support for what he describes as a "good initiative".

The round table group "Milano e le Eccellenze Creative" (Milan and Creative Excellence) has launched its annual appointment with the "Osservatorio Altagamma" (High Quality Monitoring Unit), dedicated to supporting the quality lifestyle industry. Discussions will centre on the project to create a brand image for Milan, in its role as a centre of creative Italian production.

Luxury fashion giant Louis Vuitton announced Monday that it has appointed Nicolas Ghesquiere as its new women's design director, replacing US designer Marc Jacobs, who has worked for the company for 16 years.
Jacobs helped make Louis Vuitton one of the most sought-after luxury brands, particularly in Asia.
Louis Vuitton said Ghesquiere, 42, will be responsible for the shows, ready-to-wear collections and shoes and accessories.
