Thank you for requesting an Application Form for a Summer Course at HFFA.
Please read all the information below in order to proceed with the enrolment.

Print the Admission Form duly filled in and signed;
Send the Application Form to our office together with the following documents:
- Photocopy of the passport or ID card
- Certificate of high school diploma or equivalent title
- 2 passport-size photos
- Proof of payment of the registration fee

PAYMENT METHOD
The payment of the Participation Fee for a Summer Course (€ 1.800 without accommodation or € 2.800 with accommodation) can be made by wire transfer or by credit/debit card (on-line payment).
Motivation: Registration Fee (Please indicate also your Name and Surname and the course chosen)
The director’s office shall inform candidates of acceptance of the application within 10 days of it being received. The fee will only be reimbursed if candidates are not admitted to the Haute Future Fashion Academy or, in the case of non-EU students, if a visa is not granted to candidates by the competent authorities.
