Terms and conditions to access and use the website.
The consultation and access to “www.hffa.it” should be disposed of as requested by the law and implies your compliance with these Terms of Use that follow (“Terms and Conditions”) that prevail above any other agreement that intervened or that is thought to have intervened between the “Viewer” and Haute Future Fashion Academy, or HFFA.
HFFA reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at its sole discretion, and at any time, without personal notice to you. In no event will HFFA be liable for making these changes. Viewers are invited to check this section of the web-site periodically to be informed about such modifications.
Usage Rules
The Viewer is authorized and can therefore download texts, images, and video clips, and audio clips exclusively for personal use and not for commercial or professional purposes.
Unless otherwise stated, the lay-out and the Content of the website contain proprietary information and material that is owned by HFFA and its providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement.
Specifically, the use, copying, sale, renting, compilation, distribution, modification, creating of derivative works, or republication by you, directly or indirectly, of any of the Content, or any other use of the Content, except pursuant to the express limited grant of rights hereunder, is strictly prohibited. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms of Use or otherwise expressly granted to you in writing by HFFA.
HFFA will not be liable in any way for violations committed on third-parties by the Viewers or other third-parties and consequently of any improper use of the website.
Website content
Although the content of the web-site has been elaborated with extreme care, HFFA makes no warranty of the Content’s accuracy, or to be able to update it in real time or to ensure availability at all times, and reserves the right to change, correct, and improve the website’s content at all times or to suspend its function.
HFFA will not be liable to you as a result of any inaccuracies in the Content and your use of the Content is subject to the possibility of such inaccuracies. Neither the impossibility to access the site or to visualize or download its Content correctly, nor damages that may occur to your computer or technical equipment, as a result of a virus as a consequence to access, usage, surfing or downloading of its Content will make HFFA liable to you.
Viewers must verify with HFFA- Administration Office the accuracy of the information they are interested in.
Hyperlinks
The website sometimes provides hyperlinks to other websites that offer useful information to the viewers that are not owned or controlled by us. HFFA has no control over the Contents of other websites. The Terms of Use of this Agreement do not apply to those other websites. The viewer takes full responsibility upon himself when visiting the websites. HFFA will not be liable in any way for inaccuracies, the safety, or the reliability of the Content, products, or services available on the websites.
Personal information and navigation data
Accessing and using the website does not entail the viewer’s personal information acquisition except when expressly signaled. In such cases, the viewer shall take vision of the informative, and if required, to express his consent to the processing of personal information in compliance with the notice obligation as set out in Art 13 in the legislative Decree (no.196 of 30 June 2003) of the Italian legal system.
However, the designated computer system procedures will acquire some data during the normal operation, whose transmission is implicit in the use and protocols of internet communication. The data are gathered and associated with identified parties, but for their very own nature, by elaborations and associations with other data detained by HFFA, the viewer could be identified. The data shall be used by HFFA only to obtain anonymous and aggregated information on the use made of the website, for example, to identify the pages or favorite contexts for users, in order to supply adequate services and verify correct operation. Only in case of a violation or of a hypothetical computer crime involving the website the data will be used to ascertain responsibility.
Moreover, access to the website could imply the registration of “cookies” onto any of the viewer’s devices’ (computer, tablet, palmtop or phone) hard disks. "Cookies" are small pieces of data sent from a website and stored in a user’s web browser while a user is browsing a website. The website is controlled and run by Haute Future Fashion Academy s.r.l.. Any complaints concerning the website or the Content are governed by the laws in force in Italy. If a user were to decide to access the website from a different country, he would do so independently respecting any laws in force in his territory.
