FASHION BOUTIQUE MANAGEMENT

Stores are the places where a brand’s image is defined. They are the temples in which to receive customers, win them over and build a solid relationship with them, and they represent the key element in creation of brand value. It is because of the strategic role played by stores that the Store Manager is such an important figure.

Store Managers guide sales teams and are responsible for how well a store performs. They organize and manage retail marketing strategies, the marketing mix and visual merchandising, and are in charge of the experience and emotional reactions of clients in the store – therefore, of the overall relationship between client and sales point.

The Fashion Boutique Management Short Master’s Program is designed to train professional Store Managers specializing in fashion and give them the tools they need to successfully manage a fashion boutique by maximizing brand reputation and satisfying market demand.

By the end of the course, students will have gained knowledge of retail marketing and will have learned key team management techniques, as well as acquiring the tools for analyzing consumer behavior and buying patterns, especially in the world of fashion.
